Karlette's Dreamy Senior SessionKarlette is a family friend so when her Mother asked me to photograph Karlette's Senior Portraits, it was an honor! We met back in youth group about 5 years ago. At that time she was just a tween and I was her volunteer youth counselor. Since then Karlette and I have become friends. Working with her is always a great time! Lots of laughs. Karlette is up for anything artistic & creative when it comes to photography so it was quite natural to hear that she was really interested in a session that was not the run of the mill senior portrait session. So we decided to venture to the Sebastian Inlet with my lighting assistant, Stephanie. It was quite the adventure. Besides working as my lighting assistant and second photographer, Stephanie is a avid wildlife and landscape photographer who is ALWAYS UP FOR AN ADVENTURE! The 3 of us set out without any posing ideas with the mindset of just being creative with our surroundings. Karelette wanted unique photographs that portrayed her interests, her heritage and her personality. It was also important to catch those genuine candid smiles and moments to portray Karlette as I see her when she is just hanging out being sweet down to earth...Karlette Comments
